How to Request a Refund or Modify Your Booking

To request a refund or make changes to your tour reservation with Buggy Ride Dubai, please follow these steps:

1. Submit Your Request:
   All refund or modification requests must be submitted in writing. Please contact our dedicated team through the booking channel you used, or directly via email at info@buggyridedubai.ae.

2. Refund Eligibility:

   • Full Refund: If you request a refund at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled tour departure, you are eligible for a 100% refund.

   • No Refund: Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any refunds for cancellations or changes made within 12 hours of the tour departure.

3. Official Cancellation Confirmation:
   A booking is only officially considered cancelled once you receive a confirmation email from us at info@buggyridedubai.ae. Please keep this confirmation for your records.

4. Refund Processing Time:
   Once approved, your refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days, depending on the processing time of your bank or payment provider. Please note that processing time may vary slightly depending on the payment method used.

5. Bank Fee Deduction:
   A 5% bank fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This fee is charged by payment processors and is not something we control. We aim to keep fees as minimal as possible while providing secure and reliable payment options.

6. Tour Departure Details:
   Your tour departure information will be shared with you at the time of booking. Ensure you check all the details for your scheduled adventure, including location, time, and any specific requirements.

7. Cancellation Timeline:
   To qualify for a full refund, all cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your activity date. This ensures that we can manage our resources and provide the best service possible for all our customers.
