These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website www.buggyridedubai.ae (the “Site”), which is operated by Buggy Ride Dubai (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using this Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site.

Our headquarters are located in the United Arab Emirates, and all transactions and activities on the Site are subject to local law, which shall govern the interpretation and enforcement of these Terms.

Buggy Ride Dubai provides the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site or any of its features at any time without prior notice or liability. By accessing the Site, you agree to use it in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically, as any modifications will become effective immediately upon posting.

Access to the Site is granted on a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable basis, and we may revoke this access at any time. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content from the Site for commercial purposes unless specifically authorized in writing by Buggy Ride Dubai. We also reserve the right to terminate access if you violate these Terms or engage in unlawful activities on the Site.

We accept payments made through Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham). It is your responsibility to ensure that all transactions comply with the applicable terms and conditions of the merchant services provider. Please also review your provider’s policies before making a transaction. For cancellations, a 100% refund will be issued if requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled tour time. No refunds will be provided for requests made within 12 hours of the tour departure. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days, and a 5% bank processing fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.

We do not engage in business or provide services to individuals or entities under sanctions as outlined by OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control), including those related to terrorism, narcotics trafficking, or any other prohibited activities. By using the Site, you confirm that you are not located in or acting on behalf of any country or person subject to such sanctions.

The content and materials provided on the Site are the intellectual property of Buggy Ride Dubai and are protected by local and international copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of this content, including copying or distributing any material for commercial purposes, is strictly prohibited.

You are authorized to use the Site solely for personal purposes. Commercial use or any other form of unauthorized distribution of the Site’s content is prohibited unless expressly permitted by Buggy Ride Dubai. The Site may contain links to third-party websites that are not under our control. We do not assume any responsibility for the content, services, or policies of these external sites.

In the event of a breach of these Terms, Buggy Ride Dubai reserves the right to take legal action, terminate your access, or pursue any other available remedies. You agree to indemnify Buggy Ride Dubai, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any losses, claims, or damages arising from your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

All disputes arising from or related to these Terms will be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any legal action shall take place in Dubai, UAE, and the courts of Dubai will have exclusive jurisdiction. If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Buggy Ride Dubai reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, and any such modifications will be posted on this page. By continuing to use the Site after modifications, you agree to comply with and be bound by the revised Terms.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Buggy Ride Dubai with respect to your use of the Site, and they supersede all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, regarding such use.
